KONLUS has three active partners (partners within the meaning of the German Partnership Act (PartGG)). The partners are tax consultants and also have additional qualifications as auditors. These dual qualifications and the associated combination of knowledge in one person is particularly helpful in the areas of business valuation/consulting, preparation and auditing of annual financial statements and tax returns as well as in questions of tax contract design.
